Conditions générales d’utilisation du site PingPrice™
Article 1 : Purpose
These T&Cs or Terms and Conditions of Use provide a legal framework for the use of the services of the PingPrice site and application (hereinafter “the site”). Access to the site and the application provides the basis for the contract between the company PingPrice and the User, and must be preceded by acceptance of these T&Cs. Access to this platform implies acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 3: Access to the site
The PingPrice site and application provides free access to the following services:
- Comparison of product prices between supermarkets
- Creation of a basket of products that can be compared
- Receipt of notifications about price changes/promotions
The site can be accessed free of charge from anywhere by any user with Internet access. All costs necessary for access to the services (computer equipment, Internet connection, etc.) are the responsibility of the user. Member services can be accessed with a username and a password. Access is also possible without an identifier but is then limited. For maintenance or other reasons, access to the site may be interrupted or suspended by the publisher without prior warning or justification.
Article 4: Data collection
When creating the User’s account, it is necessary and mandatory to collect information at the time of registration on the site. In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms, data is collected and processed with respect for privacy. According to the Data Protection Act, Users have the right to access, rectify, delete, and oppose their personal data. This right is exercised by the contact form.
Article 5: Intellectual property
The brands, logos as well as the contents of the PingPrice site (graphic illustrations, texts, etc.) are protected by the Intellectual Property Code and by copyright. The reproduction and copying of content by the User require prior authorization from the site. In this case, any use for commercial or advertising purposes is prohibited.
Article 6: Responsibility
Although the information published on the site is deemed reliable, the site cannot guarantee the reliability of the sources. The information published on the PingPrice site is presented for purely informational purposes and has no contractual value. Despite regular updates, the site cannot be held responsible if an amendment to administrative and legal provisions appears after publication. The same applies to the use and interpretation of the information communicated on the platform. The site accepts no responsibility for any viruses that may infect the User’s computer equipment after use or access to this site. The site cannot be held responsible in the event of force majeure or the unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party. The site may have hypertext links. By clicking on these, Users will exit the platform. The platform has no control and cannot be held responsible for the content of the web pages relating to these links.
Article 8: Cookies

Article 9: Contract term
This contract is valid for an indefinite period. The contract shall apply when the User starts using the site’s services.
Article 10: Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
This contract is subject to Belgian law. If no amicable resolution of can be found in the event of a dispute between the parties, the competent Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction to settle the dispute.
